This is a magazine advert for the UK VHS release of THE FLASH, the one-season TV show based on the DC Comics character (and 'inspired' by the success of the first BATMAN movie).
This release was the feature-length pilot episode. Two further direct-to-video releases (THE FLASH II and THE FLASH III) combined the Nightshade and Trickster episodes to, crudely, create new 'movies'.
