BOTP aired on BBC ONE for several years at the turn of the decade. It was, of course, a reworking of Japan's seventies series GATCHAMAN.
The Holiday Special cover is original, not quite on-model, and uncredited.

TV Comic did produce a second BOTP special in 1984. It reprinted Whitman 2 and 4. There was also a TV Comic holiday special somewhere that reprinted Whitman 3 (minus a few panels, no doubt trimmed down to fit into the special).
