Here's a photo-packed Special Report from the pages of SPIDER-MAN weekly issue 543 (cover-dated 3 August 1983) covering Marvel UK's work-in at the WESTMINSTER COMIC MART (remember those?) held on 4 June.
It looks like an all-star line-up of guests including Moore, Bolland, Austin, Lloyd and more.
Also, it looks like merry Marvel mirth-makers Quinn and Howett were plugging Marvel's wares (their CHANNEL 33 1/3 one-shot) across Yorkshire's media (not exactly "all over the country". Does anyone (including ITV) have these on tape?
