It can't have escaped anyone's notice that former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher past away yesterday. She was a divisive old bird and I don't intend to get into a debate about her politics here but I do feel that her inevitable passing also marks the end of an era.
I was reminded of this instalment of DAN DARE from the EAGLE (15 June 1985) which suggests that she may still make a comeback as PM. Is there a little test tube of her DNA stashed away in a government warehouse somewhere.... waiting for the day the Thatcher Clone can lead us again? Hmmm....
