The public service that is World of Spectrum has it available to play in-browser. http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0005860 It's... of its time, but to be fair, I don't think there's ever been a good Zoids videogame - though the Gameboy Advance title Zoids Legacy. was inoffensively generic and very reminiscent of 8 bit RPGs if you like that kind of thing.
