1982: CINEMA MAGAZINE PART FIVE: ISSUE FOUR (Marvel UK)

From this month back in 1982: the fourth issue of MARVEL UK's CINEMA MAGAZINE, with a very contrasting cover to the previous month's offering.  Maybe it was this erratic style that confused would-be readers?

  1. still on the subject of future publishing, here's a preview of the ' new look ' SFX. Haven't seen the layout yet but the cover logo seems to be unchanged :

I really have a problem with the numbering ( or lack ) of their specials. Although the sfx bookazines have retained the numbers , the others have not. However I recently stumbled upon this page where the A-Z OF SUPERHEROES is clearly listed as ' TOTAL FILM BOOKZINE 11 ' :

Talk about confusing ! All of these specials now carry the masthead of ' sfx and total film presents ' but that special is now credited to just total film. I wish to god they would at least number the print versions.
