From the autumn of 1994: British fanzine COMICS FORUM (from The Comics Creators Guild) featuring ELVIRA (from her Claypool Comics series which ran for 166 issues).
There's a good line-up of articles and it's easy to spot in the back issue boxes thanks to its nigh on florescent cover design.
Not to mention the stunning Elvira herself. Great cover !

ReplyDeleteThat line is more true than ever these days with seemingly every dormant tv and movie franchise being resurrected in comics form.
The latest example was out today - STARGATE ATLANTIS.
Along with the return of ROM and THE MICRONAUTS, 2016 is set to be a golden year for nostalgia.
