Here is an advert, from Marvel's BATTLESTAR GALACTICA comic book, promoting Mattel's less-than-stellar action figures and their mail-away Cylon Commander (the standard issue Cylon figure with gold finish) figure.
The figure was subsequently released, albeit in smaller numbers, at retail as part of the second (and final) wave of Battlestar figures.
