STRANGE AND AMAZING FACTS ABOUT STAR TREK was a (thin) 1986 paperback published in the States by Pocket Books.
I don't remember seeing copies of this in the UK (although I found this in a branch of Oxfam Bookshop) at the time so I assume imports were fairly limited and, judging by the punched cover and crossed-out price, may have washed-up as bargain bin remaindered stock.
It's a not-terribly-detailed factual book about the original TV show and movies and was probably intended for fairly casual fans and would-be geeks looking for a primer on Kirk and co. By today's standards, even without the post-TNG shows and movies, it's pretty basic stuff.
