From 1992: STARLOG's OFFICIAL STAR TREK THE NEXT GENERATION TECHNICAL JOURNAL.
It's a compilation of photos, text pieces and blueprints based on the show's tech and vessels. It's by Shane Johnson, previously of MISTER SCOTT'S GUIDE TO THE ENTERPRISE.
This was part of a brief expansion by Starlog into these types of square-bound titles. They published three volumes dedicated to STAR WARS tech (later compiled into book form) and another TNG edition dedicated to the show's creature make-up.
