This is a May 1979 (so it probably appeared in titles that were on sale around February and March 1979) US comics advert hawking a line of BATTLESTAR GALACTICA T-shirts (or "Galactical Shirts" as the excessively creative copywriter phrases it).
Personally, I'm thinking the "Ship Glitter" design is due for a revival...
