Who's that lady?
It's the MARVEL UK debut (and origin) of the new Captain Marvel, originally published in THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN ANNUAL 16, published in 1982.
This was the SPIDER-MAN SUMMER SPECIAL published in the summer of 1983.
It's obvious from the original below that the cover was recoloured (and captioned) for the British edition.
