It's called BEEP! BEEP!, it was a Marvel UK children comic, it contained a lot of different strips, it lasted at least 22 issues (I know that for sure because I actually saw them at the British Library)... and it's freakin' amazing how much obscure Marvel UK stuff I've found at the Library that I'd never previously heard of!
